  • CBT therapist are trained to assess and support children and young people with common mental health or severe health problems. CBT aims to help people manage their problems by changing the way they think or behaved.
  • CBT worked best for children who can self reflect and talk about their challenges. CBT can help children with Autism, ADHD, depression and trauma process the thought and emotions leading to harmful or undesirable behaviors.
  • CBT helps kids to stop avoiding their fears. The basic idea is that kids are exposed to the things that trigger their anxiety in small steps and in a safe setting. As they get used to each trigger and anxiety fades and  they are ready to take an another trigger.
